On 27 April 2023, USAID Partnership for Higher Education Reform project organized a webinar with the topic Engaging and Tracking Our Core Constituency – Our Alumni. The webinar aims to provide technical support to officials from 3 beneficiary universities’ Department of Training and Student Management, the Student Union, and faculty’s lecturers carrying out Alumni activities.

With the coaching of Ms Lori Garraghty, CFRE, Adjunct Instructor; Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations, O’Neill, more than 50 participants had the opportunity to learn about alumni relations, alumni engagement and graduate tracking systems in the model of a US university.

This helpful informative webinar contains some of the best advice to tackle the bottlenecks in alumni engagement activities at Vietnamese universities. the project expects that this activity together with other webinars offer a dynamic platform for the higher education community to share insights and visions on current issues of the Vietnamese higher education system.
