On December 2, 2022, Vietnam-International Academic Network (VIAN)-Health Sciences organized a webinar on “Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Liver Cancer” presented by Prof. Lưu Nguyên Hưng from the University of Pittsburgh (USA).

The webinar attracted the participation of more than 50 national and international experts to actively discuss issues related to liver cancer and its treatment. At the end of the presentation, Prof. Luu Nguyen Hung also shared about the Molecular Epidemiology and Cancer Genetics Laboratory at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, where he is the director and co-director. He also introduced doctoral and postdoctoral study programs for scholars doing research in the medical field in Vietnam. At the same time, the conference also opened up many opportunities for research cooperation between scientists on the topic of cancer in Vietnam.
