VIAN-Anthropology and Cultural Studies’ Summer Workshop in Hue City

To create a forum for cultural lecturers and researchers to share, exchange, and discuss on-going research, VIAN-Anthropology and Cultural Studies organized a Summer Workshop from August 4–5, 2023, in Hue City.

At the workshop, lecturers from three universities presented 18 research papers. The papers have received experts’ comments on research design, research methods, sample selection, and data processing methods for further improvement, helping to improve research quality and increase the chances of being published in international journals.

Additionally, a joint research idea among the 3 universities on the changes in anthropology, culture, and society for each period was agreed upon and discussed. As a result, inter-university cooperation is enhanced, contributing to the development of interdisciplinary research and improving the research capacity of lecturers and researchers.
